Very cool. A well executed metaphor for life, maybe? The texture and grit of the wall reflect the trials we all must go through. The light, the path we must take that still promises trouble for the walker through the bright light reflected off the wall's surface. The final goal... freedom. Rather Buddhist, or Hindu, isn't it?

Only complaint, the focus of the picture seems to be that bright light on the stone. The outside isn't bright enough to draw the eye, it just creates some movement in the picture. Perhaps next time, to illustrate your point a little better (presuming you didn't mean "the process over the result") try to get the sun included in the window. Something to make the sky out there brighter.
